I’m Pamela Dourado, a motion designer, video editor and digital marketer.
The internet caught me early. I got my first computer at 11 and spent hours watching HTML, CSS and JavaScript tutorials. By 12 or 13 I was building my own websites, on my own, for my online role-playing games, and editing my first videos. For a long time it was just a passion, until it became a profession.
That happened at Grupo Bisutti in São Paulo. I started as a production assistant and, studying on my own, became a video editor and motion designer in charge of the projection-mapping department. That’s where I learned to listen to clients and turn their story into a visual result with impact.
During the pandemic I worked with two marketing agencies, managing more than 10 Instagram accounts at once. I gained pace, organisation and the ability to shift tone from brand to brand.
At Grupo Wood I took on marketing for all of the group’s venues. I learned to connect creativity to results, with paid lead-generation campaigns and metrics-driven decisions.
In Portugal, at MH Portugal, I managed the social media and YouTube of a public figure with over 430,000 followers. That’s where I learned to speak to a Portuguese audience.
Today I bring all of this together at Dourado's Studio, and I keep growing through ongoing training.
